Recharge Bar & Cafe lives on East Broadway because that's where Bloomington's real rhythm is — between the university crowd, the neighborhood regulars, and everyone who just needs a good cup and a place to pause.
We opened with a simple idea: coffee and cocktails don't have to live in different worlds. The same care that goes into dialing in an espresso shot goes into building a proper Old Fashioned. Same counter. Same standards.
